Who We Are
Originally Born and Raised in New Orleans Louisiana. I Grew Up Learning to cook different natural foods. Harvesting with grandma Leola “lee” mustard and collard greens and fresh fruits. Watching and learning. Mother Celena ‘Teen’ she had pots singing licking your elbows and sucking your fingers. Every Sunday home cook meals from soul, cajun, creole, and french. Pies and cakes combination of starches and protiens. I Pour much love into my cooking experiences. I remember at the age of 12 years old I cook my first pot of camellia red kidney beans and andouille hickory smoke sausage. I also learned seeing my dad who was born in Hondouras he would cook with herbs, and spices.


What Drives Us
I worked in Restaurants in the New Orleans French Quarters. From Itallian, French, Cajun, Creole, Sould and lots of flavors later moving to Texas. I worked in a few restaurants over the years learning more, from british, caribbean and lots more diverse flavors. Being in the food industries learning many cultures of delicious flavors. Also has brought a special friend who im inspired by Director wilbert “will” born in Virgin Island. Who has served in the US Army and National Guard workin gin culinary art with his colorful creativities. Summers Cajun Carribbean Flair creating beauty with eyes and taste. Were about honest providing professional service to our customers satisfiying their need vistor will be very happy wiht the service we offer
